Where We Eat is a cookbook and a food show, and it’s nearly ready. We set out to make the kind of place we’d want to cook from: recipes that are tested and honest, techniques shown properly, and films about the bakers, growers and fishermen who do it better than anyone. Home is Cornwall. From there, we go wherever the food leads.
